To ensure Brand Ambassadors are the right fit for each Brand, we often begin by conducting face-to-face interviews (strangely enough, this is oftentimes a rarity in our industry) to evaluate a candidate’s interaction skills first hand. We then execute an extensive background check that includes verifying work history, references, criminal record, driving record and drug-testing.
We will work with each client to determine their desired level of involvement in the interviewing and hiring process. We will always provide our clients the opportunity to conduct face-to-face, video-conference or phone interviews if they so desire. In addition, we will provide a written or video bio on each recommended candidate for review.
